Steak Seasoning:

  • steak slices (6 oz per serving)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano leaves
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

Cilantro Lime Rice:

  • 3 cups cooked rice (3/4 cup per serving)
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried basil leaf
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Mixed Peppers:

  • 3 mixed bell peppers (red, yellow, green), sliced (3/4 bell pepper per serving)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Steak Glaze:

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp corn flour mixed with 2 tbsp water (for thickening)
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro (for garnish)
